Tuesday: Changing a picture in the wall and hanging another one Wednesday: Taking the contents of some bags forgotten in a room and putting this content where it belongs. This week was pretty much failure. Had only two days of completed jobs. Other two were days for which I had an assigned job that I failed to do. Something striked me on friday, after realizing I hadn't planned a job for that day, and it was that "this" felt artificial, nonexistent. This was a sudden thing that came up by itself, and it was pretty clear. What I saw was that this work had become pointless or had lost it's meaning. I decided -or tried- not to overthink and just leave those feelings on the table. Still I have this fear of having got lost somewhere in the process. Should I drop the job one week away from the end?
Mon: Clean a corner. Tue: Read a chapter of a book I stop reading. Wen: Organize a section of my room. Thu: Read another chapter. Fri: Organize some clothes. Sat: Send something for someone that I forgot to send a long time ago.

6th week: Monday: Failed. Tuesday: Failed. Wednesday: Off. Thursday: Cleant our small stove. Friday: Cleant a plastic furniture in the kitchen. Saturday: Listen to a small symphony. Sunday: Put a bunch of disordered papers in their respective folders.
Commentary: It is interesting to note the improvement after the 3rd week (which was almost catastrophic), coming out of the middle. Perhaps the presential reports, the support of the group, helped? Also, how the last week began with overconfidence in the work of the past two weeks, threatening to lose it all. The solution was to change the day off: maybe unorthodox, but intentional.
Noted a difference in the quality of attention in the jobs: I tend to lose the JotD frame (beginning, completion, time used) in music-related jobs. In cleaning jobs it is usually easier to maintain this frame.
Recapitulation is still fragile.
In the last two weeks, I used to put off the job until the last moment. It also became more common to forget to choose the job the night before, and so to do it right before the sitting. This affected my sitting quality.

4th week:
EliminarSaturday: Compose a small piece of 24 bars.
